BM/2/AS OEM, the first DOUGH DIVIDER and ROUNDER in the Pizza world

The year 2008 is rich of recurrences for OEM, among the firms leader at worldwide level in the field of the equipments for pizzeria. Besides the 35th birth anniversary of the firm located in Mantua, this year sees also the celebration of the twentieth anniversary of the launch on the market of BM/2/AS, the first dough divider / rounder at continuous cycle in the Pizza world, able to produce up to 1000 portions/hour of the chosen weight.


Besides the high productivity, other important advantage is the standardization of the cut and rounding process that before needed the experience of skilled pizzaiolo, and that now, thanks to the simplicity of use of the machine - on the first place in its sector – needs only the pressure of a simple key!


The operations are very simple: they select the chosen weight in a range between 50 and 300 grams, they introduce up to 30 kg of not risen dough, and they obtain portions that, opportunely preserved "into the refrigerator", at 3-4°C, will represent a "STOCK" for the pizzaiolo, that in this way will work better and less, also after six days from their production!


The OEM Dough Divider BM2 and the Rounder AS can be purchased also separately, leaving the performances unchanged.


The BM/2/AS of OEM represents the starting point for any trader in the Pizza branch that, from a simple pizzeria, wants to create a chain of pizzerias where all the units are provisioned supplied by the first one where the machine is installed.


It is easy to understand, in this last case, the extreme utility of this equipment that, by eight hours of work, allows to get around 8.000 dough portions, corresponding to the global weekly requirement of a chain of 5-8 pizzerias.


Every OEM product is punctually tested and submitted to quality and safety tests through the main International Control Agencies.
