Oem, leading Company celebrating the 35th year of activity in the field of pizza equipment, after the great success of the MILLENIUM line, is proud to present MILLENNIUM Reverso, the new born inside OEM range of static electric ovens.
MILLENIUM Reverso, conceived and designed by OEM R&D Dept. on purpose for the Scandinavian Market, differs from the other models for its wide door surface, entirely made of glass and for its opening device, from down upwards. This constructive innovative solution saves heat and allows to maintain it firm inside the backing chamber, even if the oven is open. After 10 minutes of functioning, even with the door wide open, it is possible to measure a temperature decrease of only 7 ° degrees, and then it raises again till it reaches the set one!
MILLENNIUM Reverso is available with the standard digital control panel, which allows up to 20 different power adjustments, both for the lower and upper heating elements, always having the energetic saving as a priority. It is characterised by solidity and the backing chamber entirely in AISI 430 steel, while the glass is in in pyroceram. A digital thermostat adjusts the heating variations in the range of 1° degree, up to the maximum temperature of 400°C.
As every OEM finished product, the MILLENNIUM ovens too are unfailingly tested and submitted to the quality and safety tests of the main International control Agencies.
